Τα ποδοσφαιρικά γάντια τερματοφύλακα είναι συνήθως ελαφρώς μεγαλύτερα από το χέρι σου, για να έχεις περισσότερες πιθανότητες να αποκρούσεις την μπάλα.
Χρησιμοποίησε τον πίνακα μεγεθών για γάντια τερματοφύλακα για να μετρήσεις το πλάτος του χεριού σου και να εντοπίσεις το μέγεθος που χρειάζεσαι.
Αν οι μετρήσεις σου βρίσκονται ανάμεσα σε δύο μεγέθη, συνιστούμε να δοκιμάσεις το μεγαλύτερο μέγεθος.

Για να βρεις το μέγεθός σου, ακολούθησε τις οδηγίες:
- Μέτρησε το χέρι σου, χρησιμοποιώντας μεζούρα.
- Μέτρησε την περιφέρεια του μέρους της παλάμης ακριβώς κάτω από τις αρθρώσεις των δακτύλων, χωρίς τον αντίχειρα.
- Στρογγυλοποίησε προς τα πάνω και πρόσθεσε 2,5 εκατοστά για να βρεις το μέγεθος του γαντιού που σου ταιριάζει.
- Μέτρησε και τα δύο χέρια και παρήγγειλε το μεγαλύτερο μέγεθος, αν διαφέρουν.
- Θυμήσου: τα γάντια τερματοφύλακα φοριούνται μεγάλα, συνήθως 1 με 2,5 εκατοστά μεγαλύτερα από την άκρη των δακτύλων σου για καλύτερη άμυνα.
