Τα Double-End αχλάδια (μπάλες ταχύτητας) είναι ένα εξαιρετικό εργαλείο προπόνησης για να αναπτύξεις τον ρυθμό και τον συντονισμό των χτυπημάτων σου.
Για να κρεμάσεις μια double-end μπάλα ταχύτητας πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να προσδιορίσεις δύο σημεία στήριξης μεταξύ των οποίων θα αιωρείται η μπάλα, με τη βοήθεια ελαστικών ιμάντων. Μετά θα μπορείς να ρυθμίζεις το ύψος του αχλαδιού κατά βούληση.
Βήμα 1:
Βρες ένα καλό μέρος στο χώρο σου για να κρεμάσεις την Double End μπάλα ταχύτητας. Θα χρειαστείς αρκετό χώρο ώστε να μπορείς να βαράς από όλες τις πλευρές γύρω από την μπάλα. Οπότε η επιλογή του κατάλληλου μέρους πρέπει να βασίζεται σε αυτή τη λογική.
Βήμα 2:
Επέλεξε το άνω σημείο στήριξης που θα κρεμάσεις την μπάλα και σημείωσέ το με ένα μολύβι.
Βήμα 3:
Με τη βοήθεια ενός βαριδίου καθετής, εντόπισε το κάτω σημείο στήριξης και σημείωσέ το.
Βήμα 4:
Τοποθέτησε τους γάντζους στο άνω και το κάτω σημείο στήριξης.
Βήμα 5:
Κρέμασε τον ένα ιμάντα του Double End αχλαδιού από το άνω σημείο στήριξης και θηλύκωσε την άλλη άκρη του ιμάντα στο πάνω μέρος του αχλαδιού. Έτσι σε αυτό το βήμα βρισκόμαστε στην φάση κατά την οποία, η μπάλα ταχύτητας κρέμεται ελεύθερα από το πάνω σημείο στήριξης.
Βήμα 6:
Κρέμασε την μία άκρη του δεύτερου ιμάντα στο κάτω μέρος της μπάλας ταχύτητας και την άλλη άκρη στο κάτω σημείο στήριξης. Πλέον η μπάλα κρέμεται μεταξύ των δύο σημείων στήριξης.
Βήμα 7:
Μπορείς να προσαρμόσεις το ύψος της μπάλας ταχύτητας Double End αλλάζοντας το μήκος των ιμάντων. Συνήθως τα Double-End αχλάδια χρησιμοποιούνται στο ύψος που βρίσκεται το πηγούνι αυτού που προπονείται.
Συμβουλή 1:
Βρες ένα στιβαρό σημείο συγκράτησης που να μπορεί να συγκρατήσει το βάρος της μπάλας ταχύτητας και τη δύναμη των χτυπημάτων.
Συμβουλή 2:
Μια ειδική πλατφόρμα για αχλάδια μπορεί άνετα να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως το άνω σημείο στήριξης.
Πράγματα που θα χρειαστείς:
Double-End αχλάδι – μπάλα ταχύτητας.
Μολύβι.
Βαρίδιο καθετή.
2 γάντζους (D-Rings).
2 ελαστικούς – ρυθμιζόμενους ιμάντες.
