2 γρ. Κρόκοι αυγών
2 γρ.Ασπράδια αυγών
1 κουταλιά της σούπας Γάλα
33 γρ. Μαλακό αλεύρι
0.5 κουταλάκι του γλυκού Μπέικιν πάουντερ
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού Εκχύλισμα βανίλιας
23 γρ. Ζάχαρη
1 κουταλιά της σούπας Πρωτεΐνη QNT Waffles (λευκή σοκολάτα)
Βήματα Προετοιμασίας:
Βήμα 1:
Χωρίστε τα ασπράδια και τους κρόκους των αυγών σε δύο μπολ.
Βήμα 2:
Στο μπολ με τους κρόκους αυγών, χτυπήστε το γάλα, το αλεύρι, το μείγμα QNT Waffle, το μπέικιν πάουντερ και το εκχύλισμα βανίλιας.
Βήμα 3:
Ανακατέψτε καλά μέχρι το μείγμα να είναι λείο και χωρίς σβόλους.
Βήμα 4:
Στο μπολ με τα ασπράδια αυγών, προσθέστε σιγά-σιγά τη ζάχαρη (ή άλλο γλυκαντικό της επιλογής σας). Χτυπήστε μέχρι να σχηματιστούν σφιχτές κορυφές.
Βήμα 5:
Πάρτε το μισό από τα χτυπημένα ασπράδια και ανακατέψτε τα στο μείγμα με τους κρόκους αυγών. Ανακατέψτε γρήγορα για να τα συνδυάσετε.
Βήμα 6:
Σιγά-σιγά προσθέστε τα υπόλοιπα ασπράδια στο μείγμα και ανακατέψτε απαλά. Προσέξτε να μην ανακατέψετε υπερβολικά, καθώς αυτό θα κάνει το μείγμα πολύ υγρό και δεν θα κρατήσει το σχήμα του κατά το μαγείρεμα.
Βήμα 7:
Σε ένα καλά ψεκασμένο τηγάνι για τηγανίτες, ρίξτε το μείγμα για να φτιάξετε τηγανίτες ίσου μεγέθους. Καλύψτε με καπάκι και μαγειρέψτε σε χαμηλή φωτιά.
Βήμα 8:
Καλή όρεξη! Απολαύστε τις αφράτες γκουρμέ τηγανίτες σας!
Μη διστάσετε να προσθέσετε γαρνιτούρες όπως φρέσκα φρούτα, γιαούρτι ή μια σταγόνα μέλι για να αναβαθμίσετε το πρωινό σας!
